Shipping

We normally ship orders within 3-5 business days of receipt. Some products are custom made before shipping and may take longer. Most orders will take 5-7 business days for delivery by standard shipping. Expedited Shipping can be arranged by emailing your request. If you are concerned about your order arriving on time, please inquire about shipping before ordering. Shipping rates are calculated by our shopping cart at checkout.

We currently do not ship outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Returns and Exchanges

Defective or damaged products may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Unused items in their original packaging may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receipt.

Food, personalized items, books, candles, and CD's cannot be returned for any reason. Questions regarding whether an item qualifies as a return should be emailed to: heirloomweddings@yahoo.com.

All returns must be pre-authorized and require an RMA number. Please contact us for assistance with returns. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Contact information for returns is as follows: Call 479.631.3800 or email heirloomweddings@yahoo.com for your Return Merchandise Authorization. Ship your item and your purchase receipt back to Heirloom Weddings at 14551 Vinda Drive, Rogers, AR 72758. Make sure all your contact information (name, phone, email, physical address) is included in your package. After verifying the defect, we will be authorized to complete the return with the manufacturer.
